1. What if I do not see the style, size or color I want?

If you do not see the style or color you want please email us at service@lonestarsocks.com with the style, size, or color and quanity that you would like. We will order if available but please be aware that we do stock orders on a scheduled basis.


2. Do you ship out of the United States?

No we do not ship International, we do ship to all states including Alaska and Hawaii. If you live in Canada you can have your Items shipped to a postal service at the border to be picked up or forwarded on to your address at cost to you.


3. Do you have expedited shipping?

We pride ourselves in shippping all in stock orders same day or next business day USPS First Class or Priority to arrive within 3 days according to USPS Shipping guidlines. We do not ship UPS or FEDEX one, two, three day.


4. Do you have a pickup location or retail store?

Not at this time. All orders are processed online and shipped to you from our warehouse.

5. What if I need to Return something?

Please refer to our Return Policy online and on the bottom of your receipt that will be in your package.


6. Do you give discounts?

We try to keep all of our prices as competative as cost will allow us therefore we do not offer quantity discounts. In addition we do not require customers to purchase a minimum amount.


7. Do you accept school PO's?

Unfortuntely we are unable to accept school PO's at this time. However we will accept checks by mail from schools and public entities and orders will ship when funds clear. Please email us at service@lonestarsocks.com for more information.


8. Do you accept checks online?

We do not have a check payment option when ordering online. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
